Mr. Nessenson joined Jaffe & Asher in 1987 and became a member of the firm in 1993. He received his law degree from Fordham Law School (1985), and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania (1982). Mr. Nessenson is a member of the New York bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. During his tenure at Jaffe & Asher, Mr. Nessenson has counseled and represented the firm's clients in connection with a broad spectrum of creditor's rights and transactional issues, including commercial and consumer debt collection, real estate, corporate and general commercial matters. Mr. Nessenson is experienced in resolving disputes through effective and creative negotiation. He also lectures on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related subjects.
