Mr. Berg’s practice focuses on disputes involving securities brokerage firms and their employees and customers, as well as the collection and enforcement of civil money judgments and account debts. He has handled promissory note cases, arbitration proceedings and regulatory matters before FINRA and the CFTC. Mr. Berg has represented brokerage firms, registered representatives and individual investors in numerous customer and industry arbitrations. Mr. Berg also provides counsel to individuals and companies in securities industry contract, employment and termination disputes.
