Mr. Diamond is the managing partner of the Georgia office of Jaffe & Asher. He joined Jaffe & Asher in 2014 after a long association as outside counsel since 2003. Mr. Diamond earned his B.A degree at Kalamazoo College, Michigan, in 1974, following which he worked in commercial banking and bank regulation as a Commercial Loan Operations Officer for a bank holding company managing seven banks in southwest Michigan. Mr. Diamond earned his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1989, following which he enjoyed a career practice for many years in Atlanta, Georgia, at Arrington & Hollowell, subsequently Hollowell, Foster, & Gepp, the largest minority owned law firm in the southeast at the time. As partner in charge of litigation, Mr. Diamond supervised a pool of attorneys practicing in general business and corporate representation, litigation, insurance defense, and several selective catastrophic Plaintiff’s cases resulting in seven figure verdicts or settlements.
Mr. Diamond is a member of the Georgia Bar, and is admitted to all Georgia state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, as well as the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.College
