Mr. O’Connor received his law degree from Rutgers University, School of Law at Newark, in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Philosophy from Rutgers University. Mr. O’Connor is a member of the New Jersey Bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He primarily practices insurance coverage litigation and also has prior experience in personal injury, civil rights, landlord/tenant, real estate, and employment law. He has extensive litigation experience, on both Plaintiff’s side and Defense side, including trial experience. Mr. O’Connor is well versed in discovery and motion practice having handled over 100+ depositions, and 50+ briefs for dispositive motions.
