Ms. Wiener is the Managing Partner of the Florida office of Jaffe & Asher, LLP. Ms. Wiener joined Jaffe & Asher, LLP in 2014. She received her law degree from St.John’s University School of law (1984), and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania (1981). Ms. Wiener is a member of the Florida and New York bars, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Wiener was a partner in a small boutique firm in New York where she practiced for many years prior to relocating to Florida in 2009. She has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation and transactional matters.
